If you lose all your ID then  -

It is IMPORTANT you contact the Bank immediately (24 hour number) as some one might use your card and it could cost you!

1/    Contact your BANK and inform them you have lost your card

2/    Contact Vic Roads (131 171) if you have lost your permit / license

3/    Contact any other place -Library, Medicare (132 011) ,Passport (131 232) School, Travel ticket (1800 652 313)  

At this point try to get things with your name on it to prove who you are.
Start with any bills in your name or letters that have your name and address on them

A   Contact  Centrelink (132 490) for a Health Care Card or Income statement

B  Contact  the Births Deaths & Marriage in the State you were born for your Birth Certificate

Birth Certificates Getting a copy of your birth certificate you need to contact the  State where you were born
 If you were born overseas contact Department of Foreign Affairs (9221 5555) or DIMIA  OR 
 Refuge Immigration Legal Center
